A mailbox row joined with its current message count.

When true, the listener for this mailbox wraps every accepted socket in rustls before the SMTP banner (RFC 8314 §3.3, port-465 style). Requires --features tls.

§paused: bool

User-stopped (not failed): the mailbox exists but its listener is intentionally not bound. Survives app restarts so Stop sticks.
