Standard pagination metadata for combo endpoints.

There is no total count; has_more is derived from page fullness.

Fields

limit: i64

Page size used for this response.

offset: i64

Offset used for this response.

has_more: bool

Whether another page is available.

next_cursor: Option<String>

Opaque signed cursor for the next page; None when has_more is false.

Pass it back verbatim via cursor(..), keeping the same sort. Never parse or construct it. Using the cursor makes deep pagination O(page) and stable against concurrent inserts.
