An error a Request can return: any type core’s ApiError converts
into.
The conversion is the type’s one decode function. An unsuccessful response
reaches it as ApiError::Response, carrying the status, headers and body,
so a venue reads its own body shape there, and a ? on core’s error
anywhere decodes the same way.
