UserProfilePatch is a partial profile update. Fields are optional/presence-aware:
- if a field is omitted, it is not modified
- if a field is present with an empty string, it is cleared Username changes are subject to account eligibility, reserved-name checks, uniqueness, and cooldown rules. Case-only username changes update display casing without consuming the cooldown.

§username: Option<&'a str>Public username for the root account. Use an empty string to clear it. Non-empty values must be 3 to 32 letters, digits, underscores, dots, or hyphens.

bio: Option<&'a str>Short public bio. Use an empty string to clear it. Non-empty values must be at most 256 characters and cannot contain “<” or “>”.

website: Option<&'a str>Public website URL. Use an empty string to clear it. Non-empty values must be valid http(s) URLs up to 256 characters.
Field 3: website
twitter: Option<&'a str>X/Twitter handle without “@”. Use an empty string to clear it. Non-empty values must be 1 to 15 letters, digits, or underscores.

avatar_url: Option<&'a str>Avatar URL. Use an empty string to clear it. Non-empty values must be valid http(s) URLs up to 256 characters.

This impl uses serialize_map(None) because the number of emitted
fields depends on default-omission rules; serializers that require
known map lengths (e.g. bincode) will return a runtime error.
