UserProfilePatch is a partial profile update. Fields are optional/presence-aware:

• if a field is omitted, it is not modified
• if a field is present with an empty string, it is cleared Username changes are subject to account eligibility, reserved-name checks, uniqueness, and cooldown rules. Case-only username changes update display casing without consuming the cooldown.
