Hook name (onFail/onUnknown/onError/onResumeDrift).

disposition: String

Disposition discriminant (retry/continue/escalate/abort/repair).

max_triggers: u32

Trigger budget per instance.

error_classes: Option<Vec<String>>

onError class filter, when declared (snake_case values).

repair_target: Option<String>

Repair target flowId@sha256:…, on repair dispositions.
