#[repr(u32)]pub enum Verb {
Install = 0,
Remove = 1,
Run = 2,
Build = 3,
Test = 4,
Update = 5,
Exec = 6,
}Expand description
The verbs pmpx recognizes. A closed set – this is all the command line has.
The numbers correspond one-to-one with the VERB_* constants in abi, and the order must
not change (changing it requires abi::ABI_VERSION + 1); a test in the abi module pins
this down.
Variants§
Install = 0
Install dependencies. No argument = install everything in the lockfile, with arguments = add.
Remove = 1
Remove dependencies.
Run = 2
Run a script / target.
Build = 3
Build.
Test = 4
Test.
Update = 5
Update dependencies.
Exec = 6
Escape hatch: run an arbitrary command. Plugins that do not support it should report an
error explicitly, see PackageManager::command.
