Request to create a new streaming session

max_concurrent_streams: 0, timeout_seconds: 0, or a timeout_seconds above crate::domain::config::limits::MAX_SESSION_TIMEOUT_SECONDS (7 days) are rejected with 400 Bad Request before the session is created.

max_concurrent_streams: Option<usize>

Maximum number of streams the session is allowed to host concurrently.

timeout_seconds: Option<u64>

Idle timeout for the session, in seconds.

client_info: Option<String>

Optional human-readable client identifier.
