How streamed content is split into blocks.

Variants

Fixed(usize)

Blocks of exactly this many bytes. Only the last block of a file may be shorter. The size must be between 1 byte and the default reader limit for one decoded block.

ContentDefined(CdcConfig)

FastCDC boundaries chosen from the content, so shifted content can still deduplicate.
