SignIn

Struct SignIn

Source
pub struct SignIn { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A login a tool stored for Pitboard in a private directory, not yet enrolled. Dropping it deletes that directory and whatever the tool kept for it elsewhere.

Implementations§

Source§

impl SignIn

Source

pub fn provider(&self) -> ProviderId

Which tool this login is for.

Trait Implementations§

Source§

impl Drop for SignIn

Source§

fn drop(&mut self)

Clears the private directory, then lets go of the lock, so the next sign-in can start the moment this returns.

Let go of by name rather than by closing the file: a lock taken with flock belongs to the open file, which every process another thread is starting holds a copy of until it runs its program, though std opens the file so that the program does not keep it. Closed, the lock stayed held until the last copy went, for up to milliseconds, as ARCHITECTURE.md’s Measured facts say, and a sign-in started in that time was refused as one already waiting. Let go of, it is free whatever copies are still open.

fn pin_drop(self: Pin<&mut Self>)

🔬This is a nightly-only experimental API. (pin_ergonomics)
Execute the destructor for this type, but different to Drop::drop, it requires self to be pinned. Read more
