Variants

Read(&'static str)

Read from this build of the tool for that system. A conformance run reads the fact from that system’s builds, and only from those.

NotRead(&'static str)

Not read there, and why: the system has nothing the fact is about, or its build carries what the fact rules out for another reason.

Pending

Not read there yet. by names the pull requests of the Windows work that read it, W2 to W27, and reads what each reads, which is a fact of its own wherever the tool behaves differently there.
