A single step in a workflow DAG with typed configuration and transitions.

Fields

id: String

Unique identifier for this step within the workflow.

type: i32

The type of operation this step performs.

transitions: HashMap<String, String>

Map of outcome labels to the next step ID (e.g. “completed” -> “step_3”). Constraints: Max 10 transitions per step.

config: Option<Config>

Step-specific configuration — exactly one must be set, matching the type.
