Canonical message type used across rendering, inbox, and delivery. Represents the fully rendered content delivered to a recipient.

Fields

content_id: String

SHA-256 hash of the rendered content, used as a content-addressable ID.

campaign_id: String

ID of the campaign this message belongs to.

sender_name: String

Display name of the sender (e.g. organization or campaign name). Constraints: Max length 200 characters.

summary: String

Short one-line summary shown in notification banners. Constraints: Max length 500 characters.

preview: String

Preview text shown in inbox list views. Constraints: Max length 500 characters.

body: String

Full message body content. Constraints: Max length 100000 characters.

critical: bool

Whether this message requires immediate attention from the recipient.

actions: Vec<MessageAction>

Actions available to the recipient (e.g. acknowledge button).

created_at: Option<Timestamp>

Timestamp when the message was created.

title: String

User-facing title of the message (resolved from campaign or template). Constraints: Max length 200 characters.
