Request to look up a campaign by its public short-code. Called by the native app when the recipient taps a third-party-channel deeplink and the URL handler needs to route to the right campaign card. Designed to be safe to call without authentication — the response carries no PII and only enough context for the app to route correctly and show org branding before the auth gate.
