CAT provenance - identifies who signed the previous PCA.

Uses kid (Key ID) which can be resolved to obtain the public key. The kid can be a SPIFFE ID, DID, URL, or any resolvable identifier.

Fields

kid: String

Key identifier (SPIFFE ID, DID, URL, etc.) - resolvable to public key

signature: Vec<u8>

Signature bytes from the predecessor PCA
