Specification for a new artifact to be added to the conformance corpus.

Acquisition tasks construct an ArtifactSpec, validate it with validate_artifact_spec, write the files, then compute and record the directory digest.

id: String

Unique extension ID (lowercase, hyphens, digits).

directory: String

Relative directory under the artifact root.

name: String

Human-readable name.

source_tier: SourceTier

Source tier classification.

license: String

License identifier (SPDX short form, or "UNKNOWN").

source: ArtifactSource

Where the artifact was obtained from.
