Promoted from tests/ext_conformance.rs to the library so that both test code, CI tooling, and future replay infrastructure share one implementation.

Absolute path to the pi_agent_rust repository root.

pi_mono_root: String

Absolute path to legacy_pi_mono_code/pi-mono.

cwd: String

Working directory used during the conformance run.
