Expand description

Pre-created extension runtime state for overlapping startup I/O.

By spawning runtime boot as a background task before session creation and model selection, expensive runtime startup can overlap with other work.

Fields§

§manager: ExtensionManager

The extension manager (already has cwd and risk config set).

§runtime: ExtensionRuntimeHandle

The booted runtime handle.

§tools: Arc<ToolRegistry>

The tool registry passed to the runtime during boot.
