Preserve source ordered-list markers (best-effort with pulldown-cmark).

§preserve_backslash_escapes: bool

Preserve backslash escapes as raw (best-effort).

§hyperlinks: bool

Enable OSC 8 hyperlinks (caller supplies capability).
