Fields§

§memory_budget_mb: u64§buffer_size_kb: u64§max_inflight_bytes: u64§channel_capacity: usize§max_batch_rows: usize§max_batch_bytes: u64§max_message_bytes: Option<u64>

Largest single replication message accepted from the server (one row change can be up to 1 GB in PostgreSQL). Larger messages stop the job with a resource error before anything is buffered; nothing is acknowledged. None derives a value from the remaining memory budget, capped at 32 MiB.

Implementations§

Source§

impl ResourcesConfig

Source

pub fn fixed_budget_bytes(&self) -> u64

Memory reserved for channel, batch and COPY buffers.

Source

pub fn effective_max_message_bytes(&self) -> u64

Effective message limit: the configured value, or half of what the budget leaves after the fixed buffers (a message is held twice while it is applied: decoded and serialised as statement parameters), capped at 32 MiB and never below 1 MiB.
