Channel name is empty or exceeds 63 bytes.

InvalidPayload

Notification payload is 8000 bytes or longer, which PostgreSQL rejects.

ListenError(Error)

The LISTEN command sent for PgPubSub::listen failed.

NotifyError(Error)

The NOTIFY command sent for PgPubSub::notify or PgPubSub::notify_batch failed.

Closed

The underlying PgPubSub was dropped before the operation could complete, so its background command task is no longer running.
