Absolute, UTF-8 host path mirrored into a container as a bind mount.

Constructed via TryFrom<PathBuf>. Validates at construction so the invariants (absolute + UTF-8) are proven by the type — downstream code (mount string formatting, --workdir flag emission) can rely on as_str() without re-checking.
