The provider’s name.

missing: Vec<(CapabilityId, Lookup)>

Each needed id it does not have, with what the matrix said (Lookup::Off or Lookup::NoRow). Never contains Lookup::On.

durability: Option<DurabilityShortfall>

Set if its durability is below the minimum.
