Struct perm::Buffer

Buffer

This is used by PermIter.

For better performance, we use RefCell as buffer. However, Iterator implementation of PermIter will borrow the buffer multiple times at once, via peekable(), fold(), last()…

To solve that, this struct simply uses a list of buffers underneath.
