Export symbol extractor for Exporter-based Perl modules.

This extractor walks the AST to:

1. Detect if a module uses Exporter (via one of four patterns)
2. Parse @EXPORT, @EXPORT_OK, and %EXPORT_TAGS assignments

Extract export information from an AST.

Returns None if the module does not use Exporter. Returns Some(ExportInfo) with empty sets if the module uses Exporter but does not define any export arrays.
