The default form: p4 client [-f] [-t template] [-T type] [name].

Create or edit a client workspace specification. This is the initial state of Client; from here the command can transition into any of the other modes, subject to the options already set:

• with -f set, Client::delete, Client::switch_view_stream, Client::switch_view_template, Client::switch_view, and Client::stdin remain available (all of them accept -f)
• with -t / -T set, Client::stdout remains available (the -o form accepts both)
