Errors that can occur during configuration loading.

#[non_exhaustive] so that adding future variants (e.g. a new validation failure when a new config section lands) stays a SemVer-minor change.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

TOML parsing error.

Validation(String)

Validation error (out-of-range values).
