SvgForm

Struct SvgForm

Source
pub struct SvgForm { /* private fields */ }
Available on crate feature svg-import only.
Expand description

Drawing compiled once into a Form XObject, placeable on any number of pages.

A /Subtype /Form stream with its own /BBox and /Resources, held as a single object in the document. Placing it writes one Do — so the same logo on twenty pages is one copy of the content and twenty references, rather than twenty copies of the content.

Produced by EditDoc::compile_svg and placed by Canvas::place_svg. It carries no borrow of the session that made it, so a caller compiles once and then places inside as many draw_page closures as they like.

Implementations§

Source§

impl SvgForm

Source

pub fn bbox(&self) -> Rect

The form’s /BBox, in the form’s own coordinate space.

Its aspect ratio is what SvgFit preserves when the destination rectangle has a different one.
