An OCR failure on the engine side of the recognition: a malformed request (searchable_copy with Never, a zero dpi), a build without an engine, or an internal step that failed (reopening the copy, the pipeline, …).

Carried inside EngineError::Io, where engine-construction failures carry the typed pdf_ocr::TesseractCliError instead; see EngineError::ocr_message.

This is not crate::ocr::OcrError: that one is what an OcrBackend reports, this one is what the extraction path reports around it.
