BalancedOptions

Struct BalancedOptions

Source
pub struct BalancedOptions { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Options for balanced_page_markdown and balanced_markdown.

The tier’s own settings (thresholds, R5’s bar, R7-R10 on, furniture dropped) are fixed; what varies per caller is whether furniture lines are kept, and whether the table-structure stage runs inside the kept table regions.

Implementations§

Source§

impl BalancedOptions

Source

pub fn keep_furniture(self, keep: bool) -> Self

Keep furniture lines as paragraphs (true) or drop them (the default).

Source

pub fn with_tatr(self, tatr: TatrOptions) -> Self

Rebuild the kept table regions with TATR first, where it fires (track B, P4).

The only way to set the TATR opt-in: there is no public field. With it set, R1 offers each kept table region to the Table Transformer before the engine grid runs; where TATR fires its cells are the region’s table, and where it declines, fires under coverage, or the region fails, R1 continues exactly as without the option. R7 orphan engine tables never reach TATR: no detector region, no offer. A missing model refuses up front, never a silent run without the stage – as does asking on a build without the ort-tables feature.

§Example
use pdf_engine::balanced::BalancedOptions;
use pdf_engine::TatrOptions;

let options = BalancedOptions::default().with_tatr(TatrOptions::default());
