PropertyBinding

Trait PropertyBinding

Source
pub trait PropertyBinding<T>: Sized
where T: PropertyValue,
{ // Required methods fn from_value(value: T) -> Self; fn local(&self) -> LocalProperty<T>; fn from_local(source: LocalProperty<T>) -> Self; }
Expand description

Owner-thread binding operations used by generated component factories.

Shared fields publish values while their evaluators stay in the entered PropertyGraph. Local fields retain ordinary lazy graph semantics.

Required Methods§

Source

fn from_value(value: T) -> Self

Creates independent literal state of this field’s ownership kind.

Source

fn local(&self) -> LocalProperty<T>

Obtains the owner-thread view used by generated bindings.

Source

fn from_local(source: LocalProperty<T>) -> Self

Aliases a local binding, preserving a shared source when one exists.

Dyn Compatibility§

This trait is not dyn compatible.

In older versions of Rust, dyn compatibility was called "object safety".
