Expand description

Where a request came from, as far as the allowlist is concerned.

An enum rather than an Option<IpAddr>, because the two cases fail in opposite directions and the one that is easy to write is the wrong one. Unknown means the transport did not supply a peer address, which happens when an embedder mounts crate::router into its own axum app without into_make_service_with_connect_info. A privileged key is refused in that case: an allowlist that cannot see the address it is filtering on has not been satisfied.
