#[non_exhaustive]pub enum SignatureError {
InvalidRecovery(u64),
SOutOfRange,
ROutOfRange,
NotCanonical,
Unrecoverable,
}Expand description
Why a claim signature was rejected.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
InvalidRecovery(u64)
v is not 0, 1, 27 or 28.
SOutOfRange
s is 0 or at least the curve order.
ROutOfRange
r is 0 or at least the curve order.
NotCanonical
v is not 27/28 or s is high: the contract would reject it (MalleableSignature).
Unrecoverable
No public key recovers from the signature.
