An EVM encoding or signature error.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
Encoding(EncodingError)
Malformed hex or length.
Key(KeyError)
An invalid key or signature scalar.
InvalidAddress
Not 0x followed by 40 hex digits.
InvalidChecksum
A mixed-case address whose EIP-55 checksum is wrong.
InvalidUint
A decimal string that is not a 256-bit unsigned integer.
InvalidRecoveryValue(u64)
v / yParity is not 0, 1, 27 or 28.
SignatureOutOfRange
s is zero or not below the curve order.
MalleableSignature
High s or v not in {27, 28}: the contract reverts with MalleableSignature.
InvalidSignature
The signature does not recover to a key (ecrecover would return the zero address).
UnknownStatus(u8)
An escrow status outside 0, 1, 2.
