Overall verification result.

§files: Vec<FileVerification>§recovery_blocks_available: u32

Recovery blocks the set describes. Verification never reads a recovery payload, so this is Par2FileSet::recovery_block_count’s upper bound: a block with a damaged payload is counted until repair validates it.
