Agent could not push an outbound chunk to the muxer for Protocol.

AgentDequeue

Agent could not pull an inbound chunk from the demuxer.

PlexerDemux(Protocol, Payload)

Demuxer could not deliver an inbound chunk to the subscribed agent.

PlexerMux

Muxer could not write a chunk to the bearer.

AbortFailure

Aborting the spawned muxer / demuxer tasks failed.
