Fields§

§project: String

The project’s name: a host path such as github.com/jdx/mise or mise.jdx.dev. The host is where a consumer discovers releases and, for forge hosts, what identity is expected to have signed them. A tool in a monorepo adds a subpath: github.com/oxc-project/oxc/oxlint.

§version: String

Semver 2.0.0 (calver such as 2026.9.1 qualifies). Its prerelease part, if any, marks a prerelease, and the first identifier of that part names the channel: see channel. On a forge, the release tag names this version: see tag_version.

§published_at: String

RFC 3339. Publishers write UTC with Z; consumers accept any offset.

§source: Option<Source>§artifacts: Vec<Artifact>§resources: Vec<Resource>

What ships beyond the executables: completions, man pages, CLI specs, skills, desktop entries, icons, app bundles. Each names its kind and one source. See Resource.

§identity: Identity§attested_by: Attestor

Who is making the claim: the vendor itself, or a repackager that checked the vendor’s evidence and signed a document about it.

§evidence: Vec<Evidence>

What a repackager checked before signing.

§notes_url: Option<String>§extensions: Extensions

Vendor- or consumer-defined data about the release. See Extensions.
