A qualified path to a type.

Paths can be:

• Simple: just a name like “expr”
• Qualified: segments like [“wasi”, “cli”, “stdin”]
• Self-reference: empty segments with relative=true

Fields

segments: Vec<String>

Path segments (empty for self-reference)

absolute: bool

Whether this is an absolute or relative path
