Intact durable state independently validated and synchronized on startup.

This descriptor is an adapter assertion, not proof of disk integrity. The caller must verify immutable voter/configuration identity, the complete selected canonical lineage and commit floor, and durable hard state. Empty, rolled-back, lost, or ambiguously corrupt stores must not use this path.

Recovered accepted bytes and known commit floor. No ACK sets are restored.
