Expand description

Rejected recovery evidence. No error grants a vote or replaces valid history.

Variants§

§

Replication(ReplicationError)

Existing configuration, membership, or bounds validation failed.

§

InvalidIdentity

Nonces and replacement writer incarnations must be nonzero and fresh.

§

NotReady

Only an activated normal replica may respond to recovery.

§

SelfResponse

Lost state cannot contribute evidence about its own past votes.

§

StaleNonce

Response belongs to another recovery attempt.

§

InvalidResponse

Invalid role, source incarnation, or prefix coordinates.

§

ConflictingResponse

Same responder changed a frozen response within one view and nonce.

§

QuorumMissing

Two distinct other normal replicas have not responded.

§

PrimaryMissing

No response from the primary of the highest observed view.

§

TransferPending

Previous transfer must settle before another can be admitted.

§

StaleTransfer

Callback or chunk belongs to another writer, nonce, source, or attempt.

§

StaleView

A newer configured view superseded this transfer’s recovery authority.

§

HistoryMissing

The entire selected full-WAL chain has not been validated.

§

StoragePending

Actual durable publication does not cover the selected accepted prefix.

§

ApplicationPending

Canonical committed state has not been rebuilt at the selected commit floor.

§

Completed

Recovery evidence has already been consumed by a fenced restart handoff.

§

Faulted

Conflicting evidence or uncertain publication requires a new recovery attempt.
