Rejected replication event. Capacity and missing history are recoverable; conflicting current lineage faults the normal core.
Variants§
InvalidConfiguration
Configuration needs nonzero group/voter IDs, distinct voters, and a digest.
InvalidLimits
Both pipeline bounds must be nonzero and operation count representable.
UnknownVoter
Message sender is not an authenticated configured voter.
WrongRole
This role cannot perform the requested action.
ScopeMismatch
Group/configuration/view does not match this normal generation.
NotNormal
Normal operation was fenced or faulted and must not resume in place.
Capacity
Caller must backpressure rather than overrun payload/metadata capacity.
EmptyPrepare
One physical admission must include at least one operation.
HistoryGap
Receiver needs an earlier prefix or an appropriately bounded retry.
Metadata was released or is in a disk-backed installed tail; consult the log.
ConflictingHistory
Same active lineage names incompatible canonical bytes.
ApplyBeyondCommit
Application completion may not outrun quorum/local-durability evidence.
ActivationPending
Installed primary must reconfirm and apply the selected tail first.
Journal(ProgressError)
Existing journal ticket/generation contract rejected the completion.
