One immutable, synchronized log description for a view-change report.

The adapter must pin the corresponding canonical history until the report is invalidated. This initial descriptor requires complete WAL history; checkpoint transfer and nonvoting recovery are not implemented by this core.

Fields

last_normal_view: u64

Last durably installed normal view, not the highest entry’s original view.

accepted: Prefix

Complete synchronized accepted prefix, including uncertain operations.

committed: Prefix

Known committed prefix that any selected history must preserve.
