One DrawingML a:t value and its source whitespace intent.

value is the text as the part stores it and PowerPoint shows it. The text setters store a character XML 1.0 cannot carry, such as U+0001, as _xHHHH_ with four uppercase hexadecimal digits, as python-pptx does, and reading never decodes that form, as neither python-pptx nor PowerPoint does.
