Structs§

Axis
The common modelled sequence of one ChartML axis.
AxisId
A producer-compatible ChartML axis identifier.
CT_Chart
The implemented behavior-bearing core of one c:chart.
CT_ChartSpace
One complete c:chartSpace part with the F-118 core typed.
CT_DLbls
Collection-level data-label defaults for one chart series or plot.
CT_Legend
A legend retaining opaque children and their effective projection.
CT_PlotArea
A plot-area shell. F-119 through F-122 replace selected raw slots with types.
CT_Title
A chart title with plain-text authoring and preserved unsupported children.
ChartData
Data used to author one chart and its editable workbook.
ChartGeometry
Backend-neutral plot geometry and the plot rectangle reserved inside a chart.
ChartLines
Shape properties on a major or minor gridline container.
LegendSettings
Effective legend settings. An absent legend has right/false defaults.
NumberFormat
Number format applied to axis values and labels.
NumericData
A formula-backed numeric cache whose metadata and points are derived.
RgbColor
A validated DrawingML sRGB colour.
Scaling
The modelled values of c:scaling.
Series
The common formula-backed payload of one ChartML series.
StringRef
A formula-backed string cache whose count and point indexes are derived.

Enums§

AxisData
AxisKind
The concrete ChartML root used by an axis.
AxisPosition
Which side of the plot area carries an axis.
BarDirection
Whether bars extend along the category or value axis.
BarGrouping
Grouping modes supported by a two-dimensional bar plot.
ChartError
Errors produced while reading or writing the implemented ChartML core.
ChartKind
One supported two-dimensional chart family.
DataLabelPosition
Placement of a chart data label relative to its data point.
DispBlanksAs
How a chart displays cells whose cached values are blank.
Grouping
Grouping modes shared by line and later area plots.
LegendPosition
The five ChartML legend positions.
Orientation
Direction of values along an axis scale.
Plot
A supported two-dimensional plot owned by one plot area.
RadarStyle
Display style for a two-dimensional radar plot.
ScatterStyle
Display style for a two-dimensional scatter plot.
TickLabelPosition
Placement of tick labels relative to an axis.
TickMark
Placement of a major or minor tick relative to its axis line.

Constants§

A_NS
The DrawingML namespace written on a chart-space root.
C_NS
The transitional ChartML namespace used by OOXML packages.
C_PREFIX
The fixed ChartML prefix used by writers in this crate.
R_NS
The office-document relationships namespace written on a chart-space root.

Functions§

authored_chart_parts
Authors one ChartML part and its editable workbook from one validated source.
chart_legend_settings
Read only the namespace-owned legend without rewriting producer bytes.
chart_workbook_relationship_id
Resolve only the root-owned ChartML externalData relationships attribute.
read_chart_data
Project one supported chart family and its cached data without changing source. Sparse numeric cache entries remain NaN, and sparse labels remain empty. Unsupported plots and incompatible category vectors return contextual errors.
read_chart_type
Reads a bounded XL_CHART_TYPE value from one owned ChartML plot. Valid unsupported or combination plots return None. Reading does not project dense caches, resolve an embedded workbook, or rewrite retained source.
render_chart
Converts one supported typed chart into a labelled backend-neutral group.
render_chart_placeholder
Shapes the stable label used inside a visible unsupported-chart fallback.
render_geometry
Converts one supported typed chart into chart-local backend-neutral paths.
replace_chart_data
Stage replacement chart caches and only their formula-owned workbook cells. The caller publishes both returned parts together after proving package owners. Original root, plot, axes, legend and surviving series formatting stay exact.
set_chart_legend
Stage a legend edit, preserving all other source bytes. None leaves a property unchanged. Position and overlay edits of an absent legend are no-ops. Hiding drops its settings.
