Metadata for a single output column from a prepared statement.

Obtained via PgConnection::describe — describes column names and PostgreSQL type names without executing the query.

Fields

name: String

The column name as reported by the server.

type_name: String

The PostgreSQL type name (e.g. "int4", "text", "uuid").

nullable: bool

Always true: PostgreSQL does not expose nullability in column descriptions returned by the extended-query protocol.
