A delta (difference) between two version of a vector

Fields

id: usize

Identifier of the vector this delta belongs to

delta: Vec<f32>

Per-component differences (delta[i] = new[i] - old[i])

scale: f32

Scale factor used for quantization (max absolute value of the delta)

timestamp: u64

Creation timestamp (milliseconds since epoch or arbitrary counter)
