Provides the data, shape, and dtype needed to reconstruct a NumPy array on
the Python side via np.frombuffer or np.array.

§data: Vec<f64>Flat f64 data, row-major: [x0, y0, z0, x1, y1, z1, ...].
shape: [usize; 2]Shape: [n_bodies, 3].
dtype: StringNumPy dtype string.
c_order: boolWhether data is in C (row-major) order.
