A rotational sweep (lathe) — rotate a 2-D profile around the Y axis.

The profile is specified as (r, y) pairs where r is the radial distance from the Y axis. The resulting solid of revolution is discretised into segments triangular strips.

Profile: (radius, height) pairs.

Number of angular segments (resolution).
