Coefficient of static friction.

§dynamic_friction: Real

Coefficient of dynamic friction.

§restitution: Real

Restitution (bounciness), 0 = perfectly inelastic, 1 = perfectly elastic.

§rolling_friction: Real

Rolling friction coefficient (for spheres/cylinders).
