OptionMap

Struct OptionMap

Source
pub struct OptionMap<K: PartialEq, V> { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A mapping from keys to optional values.

Wraps a Vec<(K, Option<V>)> and provides convenient access methods.

Implementations§

Source§

impl<K: PartialEq, V> OptionMap<K, V>

Source

pub fn new() -> Self

Create an empty OptionMap.

Source

pub fn set(&mut self, key: K, value: Option<V>)

Set the value for key (may be None to mark as missing).

Source

pub fn get(&self, key: &K) -> Option<&V>

Get the value for key, or None if not present or explicitly set to None.

Source

pub fn contains_key(&self, key: &K) -> bool

Returns true if the key exists (even if mapped to None).

Source

pub fn len(&self) -> usize

Number of entries.

Source

pub fn is_empty(&self) -> bool

Returns true if empty.

Source

pub fn some_keys(&self) -> Vec<&K>

Collect all keys with Some values.

Source

pub fn none_keys(&self) -> Vec<&K>

Collect all keys with None values.

Source

pub fn iter(&self) -> impl Iterator<Item = &(K, Option<V>)>

Iterate over all entries.
