§geo_transform: Option<GeoTransform>Geographic transform (origin, pixel size, rotation)
epsg_code: Option<u32>EPSG CRS code
no_data_value: Option<f64>NoData fill value
overview_levels: Vec<u32>Overview downsampling factors (e.g., [2, 4, 8, 16]).
An empty Vec means no overviews.
tile_size: u32COG tile size in pixels (must be a power of 2)
compression: CompressionCompression scheme
